Create Voice Solutions vision is to build a reliable, scalable, secure, cost effective and easy to use voice mail/unified messaging system for Call Centers, CLECs and Telco's for providing both standard and new innovative solutions for customers in that market.
In 1997 David Reynard owner of Tampa Bays largest answering service was about to replace his third voice mail system. The current manufacture wasn't supporting the unit any longer, the voice cards were not made any longer, or the 3rd party middleware was no longer around, just to mention a few of the excuses why the VMs would only last about 5-7 years. Sound familiar? Not looking forward to reprograming all the customers over again, he thought there must be a better way.
We began to develop a telephone engine, or TE that would allow us to use anyone's VM, fax, text to speech, speech to text, voip, trunk cards. The actual application is written to the TE. This means that if a manufacturer of a type of card goes out of business, we will register new cards and continue on with the same program almost invisible to the user. No re-entry of data. We own 100% of the code involved except for the card drivers, no middle ware provider. This increases our stability and ability to produce new features. To make an investment of this size you have to know that some one or some other company can not be responsible for your own demise. I have owned this service for 30 year and I intend to own it for another 30 years.
Our systems are capable of unlimited ports, data servers. delivery servers, internet servers, and trunk servers that can be configured to one unit or be broken up into different CPUs, or all in one box. Running Linux, Windows, or both at the same time.
Bruce Meyer is the lead developer for CVS. He received his Electrical Engineering degree at the University of South Florida in 1990 and went to work in the communications industry. He helped build the proprietary hardware and software for Home Shopping Network's 10,000 port call center. Since then he has continued to specialize in the telecom industry and has built seven telephony middle ware engines and many telephony applications with the leading technology such as voice recognition, text to speech, fax, conferencing, voice portal systems, voice over IP and voice XML. Mr. Meyer is now developing new and innovative solutions for the CVS Voice Mail System.
Creative Voice Solutions is the work of two very creative partners. David Reynard President of Bay Area Medical Exchange Inc or BAME. In 1972 BAME was the fore runner to the cellular telephone market. BAME install a full size Motorola Spectratac radio system and allowed customers to have working, reliable, long distance, hand held, communication for a fee. BAME fought for Federal Communication Approval and won the right to operate the first cellular system in the United States. It caught on very quickly and has become a major force today. Mr. Reynard is an accomplished programmer, with 5 operating systems and 6 languages. Many of his programs are used by call centers today.
Users can interface with the internet to change settings, messages, faxes, emails, re-route calls, notification of events, paging, and many more features.
